PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Products are guaranteed only if used as intended (residential seasonal installation and use, 90 days max. per year). All accessories that may be packed with your product, such as clips and stakes, are guaranteed for the first season only. 


WHAT YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Commercial applications
2. Burned out LEDs
3. Misuse or tampering
4. Batteries
5. Damage caused by improper consumer handling, storage, or product alteration
6. Components that may weather, age or discolor due to a chemical reaction when exposed to UV, oils, heat, acid rain, atmospheric oxygen and some salts.


STEP 1
Locate your sales receipt. 
A valid sales receipt is needed in order to process your claim. The sales receipt is your proof of purchase and is required to establish ownership rights associated with the warranty. With your valid sales receipt we are also able to verify the date that you purchased your product.


STEP 2
Check the length of your warranty.
The length of your warranty is indicated on your retail box, as well as on the insert located inside the retail box.


STEP 3
Sending your product for repair or replacement.
Ledup's Limited Guarantee covers repair or replacement (same or equivalent) of eligible products.
You must send the product prepaid along with a legible copy of your sales receipt to:
Customer Service Center as listed in the Contact Us page, Attention: Customer Service. We do not send new products in advance of receiving returned products. Providing the original UPC barcode will help expedite your request. When mailing your product back to us, please include your name, return address, contact phone number, and email address. Return shipment is free of charge. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for processing.
